A holistic, six-month path to sobriety.
Three phases. One clear goal: walk out with a foundation in sobriety, a community of brothers, and a way of living they can maintain.

Structured for lasting change.
Each phase builds on the last — the goal isn’t just getting clean, it’s building a way of living you can maintain long after you leave the Harbor.
Foundation & Focus
The first month is all about clearing away distractions, grounding yourself, and focusing entirely on your personal recovery.
- Property & Device Restriction: No cell phones; residents remain on campus for the full 30 days to stay fully present.
- Nightly Fellowship: Mandatory community-driven recovery meetings every evening at 6:30 PM.
- 12-Step Groundwork: Find a sponsor and begin the transformative work of the 12 Steps.
- Work Therapy: Build routine and responsibility in our warehouse or kitchen.
Integration & Accountability
Sobriety isn’t lived in a bubble. You’ll begin applying recovery tools to real-world scenarios while earning back personal privileges.
- Expanded Privileges: Earn phone access and off-campus time by demonstrating consistency and reliability.
- Forward-Facing Work Therapy: Roles on donation trucks and in thrift stores — practicing accountability and life skills in real time.
- Continued Structure: Nightly 6:30 PM meetings remain a cornerstone of the daily rhythm.
- Monitored Progress: Regular check-ins with your Recovery Manager to track 12-Step milestones.
Transition & Graduation
The final month is focused on launching you into a successful, independent future — transitioning from internal support to real-world execution.
